I'm an empath coach, spiritual teacher, and licensed therapist with over 25 years of experience supporting sensitive souls on their healing journey. As an empath and a highly sensitive person, I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by the energy around you. But I also know the freedom, joy, and alignment that come when you learn how to honor and master your empathic gifts.

What if I can’t make it live?
If you register for all four sessions, you’ll receive lifetime access to a private hub that includes all four class replays, PDFs, and extra resources to support your journey. You can revisit them anytime you need a reset. If you purchase a single session, you’ll receive access to the replay of that specific class for 7 days, so you still have time to catch up and integrate.


How long is each session?
Each class is approximately 60 minutes long and includes teaching, reflection, breathwork, and grounding practices.


What do I need to prepare?
Just come as you are. A quiet space, a journal, something comfortable to sit on, and maybe a cozy blanket will help you settle in.


Will this help me even if I’ve never done breathwork or grounding before?
Absolutely. This series is beginner-friendly, gentle, and supportive. Whether this is your first time or you’ve done this kind of work before, you’ll be guided every step of the way.
